IneoQuest Wins SCTE 2009 Technological Innovation Award
5 April 2009: The 2009 SCTE (Society for Broadband Professionals) Annual Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony took place on Saturday 28th March 2009 at the House of Commons, Palace of Westminster. The dinner was hosted by Bill Olner MP who presented the 2009 Technological Innovation Award to IneoQuest for its “VeriFrameTM” product.
“The problems of monitoring digital transmissions in a multi-channel environment are challenging; the IneoQuest solution provides both an in-depth, frame by frame, automatic analysis of the video and audio data streams as well as providing a mosaic of video thumbnails for visual confidence,” commented SCTE President, Dr Roger Blakeway.
“IneoQuest seems to have delivered the right product at the right time.”
The annual SCTE Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony is a milestone event in the broadband industry. Since 1993, it has brought together major players from the vendor and operator sides of the industry in a variety of unique environments. In addition to the Technological Innovation Award, the Society also presents awards for ‘Member of the Year’ and ‘Technician of the Year’ as well as conveying Honorary Fellowships when appropriate.
